Quick and Easy Nutella Brownies

Brownies, brownies, BROWNIES! Who doesn’t love them – soft and gooey with a wide range of flavours. I have already shared a few of my favourite brownie recipes (Peanut Butter Brownies and Mars Bar Brownies), so I thought on this rainy Sunday I would throw another one into the mix. About a year ago on Pinterest , I found a recipe for Nutella brownies which involved 3 ingredients: Nutella, eggs and flour.Nutella Brownie IngredientsAs Nutella already has a high fat and sugar content, it replaces the need for butter and sugar. I stumbled upon this recipe again yesterday and thought that it was time to give it a try. After looking at other similar recipes, I decided to add white chocolate chips (and some salt on the recommendation of other bloggers), and here is what happened……Nutella BrowniesIngredients
1 jar of Nutella (400g)
60g self-raising flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
50g white chocolate chips

Pre-heat the oven to 180C and line a 20cm square tin. Put the Nutella, flour, eggs and salt in a bowl and mix together until all combined. Fold through the white chocolate chips and then pour into the tin. Use a spatula to level the brownie mixture in the tin; ensure that all the white choco chips are under the surface as if not, they will burn in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until it is still slightly soft in the centre. Leave to cool in the tin completely and cut into squares – enjoy 🙂
